COWD
Fifteen operating modules — revenue, finance, people, delivery and supply — pulled into one dark command surface where the state of the whole company reads at a glance.

COWD runs on data that normally lives in a dozen disconnected places — a CRM, an accounting ledger, a payroll run, a project tracker, a stock system. Fiden built the operating layer that reads across all of it: fifteen modules sharing one navigation model, one data language and one visual system, so a director can move from company-wide revenue to a single purchase order without changing tools or losing context.

What we built
One surface for the whole company
The Command Center answers the question a leadership team actually asks first — what is true right now. Revenue, net profit, cash position and open pipeline sit above a live revenue chart and a company pulse that grades operating margin, cash runway, sales target, project health and utilisation. Everything below it is the same idea applied narrower: CRM turns a pipeline into conversion architecture and scored opportunities, Finance pairs liquidity and forecast with a full P&L snapshot, Projects reads a portfolio as timeline and budget risk, Inventory maps warehouse pressure against stock health. The interface stays deliberately quiet — near-black surfaces, one accent, generous spacing — so the numbers carry the emphasis instead of the chrome.

A complete operating platform, in production use.
The delivered system covers the full operating spine of the business — Command Center, CRM, Sales, Finance, People, Payroll, Projects, Tasks, Inventory, Procurement, Assets, Support, Reports, Approvals and Audit Logs — as one consistent product rather than fifteen separate screens. It is an internal platform; the case study is presented through captured video and screenshots.
