ViaVia is a live real-estate marketplace for iPhone and iPad. Instead of making users repeatedly search through unrelated inventory, the product treats property listings and buyer or tenant requirements as structured marketplace data, then surfaces the most relevant opportunities through match scoring and contextual comparison.

Real-estate workflows are often fragmented across chats, calls, spreadsheets and listing portals — a suitable property can already exist without either side finding it. ViaVia represents both inventory and demand inside the product. Structured records are compared across type, configuration, location, budget and availability, then presented with a match percentage and supporting context, from either direction.
